Negative rose stencil

This is the waste after using the TH stencil to hot foil with paste (I couldn't bear to throw it away!). I simply mounted it onto a card. I added a little pre printed sentiment with some vellum behind it, to make sure it stood out from the background.

I'm entering this into the Try It On Tuesday challenge - make your own background
and Stencil Fun challenge - Rainbow colours/anything goes
I'm hoping this also counts as a snippet? So I'm entering at The Snippets Playground too.

I can see why you couldn't just throw this 'waste' away - great result

Definitely too good to throw away, it makes a very effective and beautiful card.

If it’s leftover from making something else, it counts as a snippet Lynn, so you’re fine. LOVE the card - it looks great.

Thanks for coming to play in the Snippets Playground. See you in the treehouse later. xxx

Great card Lynn - I couldn't have thrown that 'waste' away either! As Sarn says, even a little piece of something leftover is a snippet. BTW, I found four more Penny Black foiling sheet packets - the sticky bits, not foil. Christmas and 'postage' themed. Will pop them into the post next time we have a Royal Mail pick-up!
