Painted embossing

I'm on a roll with Embossing folders at the moment! This is an EF from crafter's companion which I used coredination card with. I sanded back the purple to reveal the white and hated it! It sat on my desk a few days and then I decided to swipe over it with a black ink pad and paint it with some watercolour paints. Of course my new fixation of splattering it with this time white ink made it look much better.

Then to framing it - I happened upon this paper from a DCWV Marisota pad and it seemed to be just the right contrast. Finally the sentiment is a Spellbinders hot foil stamp and I cut it in half. The sentiment has a lot of white space in the middle of the two lines and it was just too much white.

It fits perfectly with the theme of use a stencil/embossing folder at Fab'n'Funky so that is where I am entering it.

The watercoloured embossed panel is beautiful Lynn, it's such a soft and peaceful effect, enhanced by the white splatters. The green frame is a lovely contrast. Thank you for joining in at Fab'n' Funky.
