Autumn days and apples

 

It's time for a mid month reminder of our theme at Tag-along (and ATC's) challenge. The optional theme is All Things Autumn with of course Anything goes if you prefer.

For my tag I took a piece of patterned paper from a JND Papercraft Society kit and used a corner punch and shaped the top to match the ephemera. Then I used a piece of hessian and some buttons and a leaf from my stash to place onto top. The printed ephemera is from Polka Art Studios. Finishing touch is a piece of Liberty ribbon.

For my ATC I used a Gecko Galz image which I colourized in MCS to shades of autumn. I then used a couple of snippets from a paper pad top and bottom. The pieces were already shaped from being left over from a scalloped die cut. I just added some ink to blend them in. The words are from a set from Crafty Roo.
