Boxed card

I previously made a card using some foam flowers and I had these left over. I used JND stamps onto the cut flowers placing a pearl and crystal embellishment into each one from CE. A Sue Wilson die for the leaves, the smaller leaf is a JND die set. I've decided foam is not for me and given the rest of the sheets to the Charity shop.

The sentiment is a Washable from a set by Ali Reeve. Particularly relevant as the recipient is a lay preacher. The patterned paper is from a pack with an old magazine.

As I rarely do 3d cards I made a box for the card as it will be sent through the post. I used a Christina Griffiths box die (old Craft Stash) and the lattice front is a die which is also in the kit.  The double sided card is from CC along with the sentiment die.

I'm entering this into:-

Beautiful boxed card, love the flowers and matching paper. I tried foam a few years ago and ended up giving mine away too.

A very pretty card, the papers and flowers are beautifully matched. The box is lovely too, I always think a box makes a card feel extra special.

Never used foam flowers but you've made a very pretty card using them as the embellishment. Lovely box too, especially with the lattice cut out. xxx

I love how your foam flowers match the flowers on the paper. Well done for making your decision about foam and then getting rid of it. I will often decide I don't like something and then put it back on the shelf! Well done too for making a matching box. Love all the detail xx
