Winter Wonderland and wreath

The last challenge month of the year at Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping challenges. Where did the year go?

My first card is for Stamping Sensations where I have used what is fast becoming my favourite stamp from Crafty Individuals. This time I have altered it to be a winter landscape as our optional theme is Winter. One of my Autumn cards using the stamp is here. I stamped in blue ink onto a blue background I created in the procreate ios app. I used a white gel pen to add snow. I then added  sentiments from a CC set and a Papercraft Society box. I also stencilled a few snowflakes onto the background.

I'll let you into a secret about this card. The sentiment down the side hides where my printed area was too short for the die and I had the white border of the paper. I really like how it turned out though.

We have three prizes from AALL and Create, 2 of A4 stamp sets and third stencil and A7 stamp

My second card is for We Love Stamping our optional theme there is also Winter, or you can use anything goes. I've created a wreath using Lavinia Stamps. I think I need to get some more fauna stamps as it looks a little sparse.

We have three prizes from AALL and Create, A4 sets Pheasants, Alstromeria and Key Botanicals

Beautiful cards- I can see why the landscape stamp is a favourite, it looks really good stamped indifferent colours on the blue background and makes a wonderful wintery scene- great save with the sentiment too.

Both of these are brilliant Lynn … the landscape stamp looks fantastic in blue, and the sentiment down the side was an inspired solution! The Lavinia wreath is really pretty … I love the colours, and personally don’t think it needs anything else xx

I think your wreath looks lovely, like how you used the dotty stamp to fill in, works well with the mistletoe. The CI card has a lovely winter feel.
