A little early Easter inspiration

I've been busy make Easter cards as a mid month reminder of our challenges at  Stamping Sensations and We Love StampingOur theme at both challenges is Spring, or of course you can use the Anything Goes option.

My first card is for Stamping Sensations challenge and features one of my fav stamps from Crafty Individuals. I previously made an Autumn version here and a Winter version here. Whilst it may not be a typical Easter image I hope I have pulled it off.

I first designed a background using the Procreate app on my ipad. I decided where I wanted the colours to be by placing the stamp next to my screen. I also added a little glow on the horizon. Then I printed it out and stamped over the top. I used a TH die for the bunny and an old sentiment for the little die cut oval which was free with a magazine a few years ago.

My second card for We Love Stamping challenge has been created using a CE daffodil stamp coloured with promarkers. I used a sizzix die for the border and mounted some paper that was free with a magazine behind it. The sentiment is part of an old Sizzix set.

I hope you can join us at both challenges. One card would fit both challenge themes and you are welcome to enter at each challenge up to three times.

I'm linking my second card to Ellie's new challenge
Ellibelle's Garden Party No. 1 - Anything in or from a Garden

and to Darnell's blog I.D.E.A.S challenge for Embossing inspiration this week

Both your spring/easter cards are beautiful Lynn, the second is so
crisp, bright and fresh with the sunny yellow and pretty daffodils, my favourite is the first one with that beautiful stamp and the soft hazy colours- cute bunny too.

I'm fascinated by your first stunning card, Lynn, and how you created it! It's unique and very striking! And your second design, filled with sunny warm colors and daffs, is terrific as a welcome sign of spring! I love the e/f and how you did the side border! Thank you for linking to this week's I.D.E.A.S. gallery to inspire others!šŸ“Œ Hugs, Darnell
